Martina Loi is a biologist with a PhD in "Innovation and Management of Foods with High Health Value." Since 2019, she has been a researcher at CNR-ISPA, where she focuses on developing biological methods (using enzymes and natural compounds) to reduce mycotoxins in food and feed, as well as studying basidiomycete fungi and their biotechnological applications to improve food safety and quality.
